Booking cancellation charges

A specified fee will be charged as below. (Depend on the number of days from the cancellation notification date to the estimated arrival date)

• From 31 to 14 days prior to the estimated arrival date: An amount equivalent to approx.
  10% of the accommodation fee
• From 13 to 5 days prior to the estimated arrival date: An amount equivalent to approx.
  20% of the accommodation fee
• From 4 to 2 days prior to the estimated arrival date: An amount equivalent to approx.
  30% of the accommodation fee
• 1 day prior to the estimated arrival date: An amount equivalent to approx.
  50% of the accommodation fee
• On the estimated arrival date:
  100% of the accommodation fee
