A.Yes. If you use the Shinkansen, we will pick you up at Echigo Yuzawa Station

A.Please use the nearest parking lot during the winter.
※Lodge Takano(ロッジタカノ)'s parking lot is free.
You can use the hotel 's parking not for winter free.

Q3.I would like to send my luggage before the arrival date.
A.Luggage can be received and stored one week before the scheduled check-in date. Please send it to the address below.

A.Yes. After receiving at the front desk, the staff will give you instructions for changing your clothes and luggage.

Q8.Can I take a bath after checkout?
